Brand Governance (Contract Position)
We are looking for a part-time (approx 10 hours per week) detail-oriented brand specialist to join the team of one of our clients in the technology and manufacturing industry. In this contract role, you will help our client uphold their brand standards and ensure consistency across the company.This role is for an independent contractor to work remotely but within Central or Eastern time schedules. As a contractor, you'll receive a fixed amount. Benefits are not included with this position.Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries, providing knowledgeable support based on brand guidelines and standards.
- Review designs for logo placement, colors, and other key brand elements, escalating issues as necessary.
- Keep the Brand Portal in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool up to date by uploading the latest documents or files and identifying resources for employees.
- Regularly update the brand standards website to ensure it remains user-friendly and relevant, including reviewing and updating copy, uploading new files, and identifying resources for employees.
- Create educational materials for the brand, such as FAQs and tips on common mistakes.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and websites.
- Understanding of brand guidelines and management principles.
