Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Wellness Session Facilitator to lead a minimum of 2 remote wellness breaks of 15 minutes each daily, totaling 4-6 sessions per week, over a one-month period. The sessions will be conducted entirely online and must be delivered in English. The ideal candidate will have a background in wellness facilitation and be adept at engaging participants in a virtual environment. Additionally, we encourage candidates to share any extra offerings they can provide beyond these sessions.Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead 15-minute wellness sessions tailored to a remote work environment.
- Facilitate sessions in English, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Create a supportive and interactive atmosphere that encourages participation.
- Adapt wellness content to meet the needs of diverse participants.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven experience in leading group wellness sessions, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
- Background in wellness-related fields (e.g., physiotherapy, yoga instruction).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English.
Soft skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with participants.
- Adaptability to meet the varying needs of a remote audience.
- Empathy and a supportive approach to wellness facilitation.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
