Analyst Cash Management

What you will be doing:


The Analyst, Cash Management will support the Accounts Payable/Cash Management process including but not limited to calculation and preparation of member fee share payments, management of supplier data within Workday, payment to vendors and members, employee reimbursements, rebate payments to member facilities and other various support of the Cash Management and Corporate Finance team, as needed.  Organization, management of tasks and adherence to financial controls will be essential.This role requires a demonstrated ability to work within a complex organizational structure to provide exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders.

Will work with Corporate Accounting department to ensure adherence to policy, accounting rules/regulations and provide feedback on changes therein. Will perform project work as assigned. This position will collaborate daily with finance staff as well as department managers to gather and interpret needs, develop solutions, and improve workflow.

Key Responsibilities


Customer Support, Research and Compliance - 35%


  • Identify and investigate issues that arise in expenses and facilitate resolution with key stakeholders. The length and complexity of an investigation will vary from case to case.

  • Facilitate communication with Corporate and/or internal finance partners to ensure vendor satisfaction.

  • Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction for all business needs.

  • Support regular monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes to ensure compliance to key financial controls.

  • Support AP/settlement run process including printing of checks and coordinating signature(s).

  • Assist in entering invoices in WD once appropriate approvals are obtained.

  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails from multiple inboxes

  • Understand financial processes in responsible areas to ensure compliance to key financial controls

  • Track and reconcile invoices

Late Fee Invoices - 5%


  • Update in system when they are not automated

Rev/Fee Share along with Acurity Rev Share 50%


  • Perform calculations on data using Microsoft Excel.

  • Input associated data into Workday for purposes of accurately processing invoices.

  • Generate reports and review to ensure accuracy.

  • Compile data quarterly from CAMS to generate an invoice packet

  • Review contracts to see if there are any calculations that need to be updated

  • Compile data packet to be sent to members that support the payment that is sent to them

Miscellaneous Tasks - 10%


  • Perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks as needed to support Corporate Financial Services.

  • Request new account set ups

  • Escheatments

Work Experience:Years of Applicable Experience - 2 or more yearsEducation:High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $51,000 - $95,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location.
