About the Role:
As the Head of Product for SEO Websites at Olly Olly, you’ll lead the vision and execution of a high-volume website product line, designed to empower small businesses with lead-generating, visually appealing SEO websites. This role is a fit for those with a strong foundation in design, enabling them to oversee the look and feel of thousands of website templates. Design expertise will help you create user-centered templates that are both functional and consistent across our large-scale production environment.Your design background will allow you to ensure that each template enhances user experience—a crucial factor for usability and conversions—while also aligning with top-tier SEO practices, mobile optimization, and overall lead-generation goals.
As you work closely with the Director of SMEs and collaborate with marketing, you’ll help refine product positioning strategies and amplify visibility. Additionally, you’ll have opportunities to leverage and expand your knowledge in product management, SEO fundamentals, and marketing tactics that support cohesive product delivery.

At Olly Olly, our core product has always been—and will continue to be—building SEO-optimized websites that empower small businesses to rank locally and generate leads. While we've recently launched a SaaS platform to enhance our offerings, our clients primarily seek SEO websites they’re proud of—websites that set them up for real success in their communities. We focus on helping the "little guys" succeed, and when they’re ready, we support them in growing into the “medium little guys.” Our close-knit team includes digital marketing strategists, creative minds, developers, and account managers, all driven to make an impact for the small businesses that are the backbone of our economy.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:
- Take ownership of Olly Olly’s SEO website product line, combining your design expertise with SEO knowledge to build high-quality, high-performing sites at scale.
- Oversee the production of 400+ SEO websites each month, ensuring streamlined processes, consistency, and high standards across all sites.
- Lead all aspects of design and development, creating cohesive, mobile-optimized templates that are both visually appealing and conversion-driven.
- Utilize your design background to ensure templates are user-centered, functional, and aligned with SEO best practices.
- Manage SME managers, developers, and designers, aligning strategies to produce websites that resonate with small business clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to align product positioning and visibility strategies, focusing on market-driven growth and brand consistency.
- Guide a high-performing team, fostering innovation, technical excellence, and scalable production practices across product, design, and SEO.
We’re excited about you because you bring:
- 7+ years of experience in Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating high-quality, functional websites in a high-volume environment.
- A background in marketing and/or SEO, with an understanding of on-page and off-page SEO factors critical for search rankings and lead generation.
- Proven experience in product leadership within SEO website development, with a track record of delivering lead-generating, visually compelling sites at scale.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and experience leading teams in a production-oriented environment, aligning efforts across product, development, marketing, and account management.
- A data-driven approach, using curiosity and analytics to refine and optimize processes for quality and efficiency continually.
