POSITION SUMMARY
Retention win back team; projects would be to retain customers and provide an enhanced customer experience.Responding to NPS emails, calling customers from out-of-stock report/customer disconnect to boost customer retention and order conversion.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Email NPS detractors/ passives with win back coupon.
- Call customers from out-of-stock report offering similar in stock item to capture sale.
- Follow up with customer from customer disconnect report.
- Required to take telemarketing and customer service calls depending on business needs.
- Report customer call trends to respective departments, utilizing excel to manage reports.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned (projects).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months’ experience is strongly recommended, but not required.
- Ability to multitask under minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of MS Office including Excel, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills a must
- Spanish communication skills desired
- Flexibility needs to be on the posting.
