Lead Dog Park Attendant
We are looking for a Lead Dog Park Attendant to help create an unparalleled social experience for our two- and four-legged guests and set the standard for our amazing team! You’ll lead by example, ensuring that both team members and guests have a safe and fun experience in our one-of-a-kind space.
Who You Are:
You love dogs (obviously) and people and want to create an unforgettable experience for pet parents and their pups. As a natural leader, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy mentoring others, and can manage multiple priorities with ease.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Motivate Team: Support, coach, and set the pace for our Dog Park Attendants, ensuring team morale and effectiveness.
- Ensure Cleanliness and Safety Standards: Maintain and oversee the cleanliness of the indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring that safety protocols are followed for both dogs and guests.
- Engage with Guests: Be a friendly face to our two- and four-legged visitors, fostering a positive experience and resolving guest concerns proactively.
- Proactive Monitoring: Oversee the social spaces, identifying and addressing issues before they arise.
- Mentor in Dog Behavior: Share insights about dog behavior with the team to maintain a safe and fun environment for guests and their pups.
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer-facing or leadership role
- A strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with technology
- Flexibility with availability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to work effectively in an environment with off-leash dogs
