POSITION SUMMARY –
as of January 2021Manages all aspects of the procurement and logistics activities for Pro-Vigil US and ensures coordination with procurement activities which may originate from Pro-Vigil India. Assists in the contractual management of 3rd party support & service contracts. Responsible organizing and prioritizing critical procurement information, issues, communication and specific project management activities between Engineering, Project Management, Field Services, Production and Accounting.

Procurement continuing education courses preferred. Spanish oral proficiency preferred.Experience:5 years prior experience working in a comparable role in a similar industry is required. Additional experience greater than 10 years in a comparable role may be substituted for education if deemed appropriate.Computer Skills:Ability to use a personal computer and software such as Google suite, Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), email. Knowledge on Netsuite and Salesforce software is a plus.Certifications & Licenses: Procurement certification (APICS) – CSCP or CPSM preferred.
