Our mission

Our tech stack


We host our SaaS on AWS and Azure. We run our stateless applications on Kubernetes and are on our way to running stateful ones as well. - Our data pipelines use Kafka, Aerospike, Clickhouse, Flink, and RDS. - We manage our entire infrastructure with Terraform, ArgoCD, and Helm.- We use Github and Github-actions for CI, Spinnaker for Deployments,- Observability with Grafana, Prometheus, mimir, ELK, and more...

The opportunity


As an Engineering Manager in the Platform organization, you will own the Production Reliability scope in Contentsquare, helping more than 400 developers to work with confidence and efficiency. From build to production, ensuring their tools, processes, and working environment are conducive to their best work.As a leader in R&D, you will significantly impact our SaaS product reliability. You will play a critical and active role in the day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key leaders of R&D.

What you’ll do


  • You will manage a team and continue to grow, train and mentor it
  • You will work on vision and strategy for Platform Reliability
  • Take a big part in the leadership of Platform, striving for improvements everywhere 
  • You will have the opportunity to play a big part in the leadership of R&D 
  • Collaborate with many dev teams on architecture, design and planning 
  • Manage big and important projects on multi cloud environments
  • Own, improve and advocate for production stability and performance
  • Work with all major technologies relevant to manage high scale SaaS and big data environments on public clouds (AWS & Azure) 
  • You will work closely with all our top engineers and management, reporting to Senior Director of Platform Reliability 

What would make you a good fit


  • You have experience working for a SaaS company
  • 5+ years DevOps or SRE experience, preferably in a global company
  • 4+ years of experience as a manager
  • You are data driven and you love numbers. Working closely with dev teams for benches and calculations on scale and needs
  • You care about developer’s experience and you think about ways to continuously improve their efficiency and joy working with Platform tools
  • You are very curious and technical. You have hands-on experience. 
  • You can take on yourself to lead cross functional technical projects 
  • You adapt quickly in a changing environment and you always reconsider your methods
  • You have a strong will to go beyond yourself
  • You are a great team player
  • You want to be part of an amazing fast-growing & international company
  • You're fluent in English (spoken, written)
