We provide career advancement opportunities from within the organization across multiple locations in the US, South America, and India.Role: We’re looking for extremely motivated, high-energy, people to join our inbound/outbound Customer Service Team. The primary role you play is answering inbound and making outbound calls to and from members inquiring about Health Plan changes for 2025. Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective members for Medicare Advantage plans by following approved script.
  • Make outbound calls to members
  • Enter member information into the MEP (CRM) and
  • Warm Transfer members to designated departments for further assistance
  • Obtain approved agreement (Scope of Appointment) from prospective members verbally that want a home appointment by following approved script and documenting it in CRM (MEP) system.
  • Follow all Federal, State, and Client’s policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must have some call center experience
