What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate & Create: Partner with our design team, installers, and management to bring custom window treatments to life for our clients.
- Full Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales journey—from meeting clients and offering design solutions to quoting, follow-ups, and placing orders with support from our office team.
- Be the Expert: Share personalized recommendations, ensuring clients receive exactly what they envision.
- Team Spirit: Be part of a supportive crew that’s dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring each project’s success.

A Day in the Life
- Client Interaction & Sales: Meet clients in our showroom or their homes, offering personalized design advice and guiding them through the process.
- Sales Process & Ordering: Prepare quotes, place orders, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. You’ll keep all the details on track, from measurements to project timelines.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Leads are provided, but your networking skills are always welcome! Stay connected with clients to maintain a high closing rate.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with installers and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Who We’re Looking For
- Design Enthusiast: Background in design is a plus, but we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
- Sales Experience: Familiarity with in-home sales, quoting, accurate measuring, and project management.
- People Person: Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Adaptable & Positive: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to juggle multiple projects with a positive outlook.
- Quoterite Knowledge: Experience with Quoterite is helpful but not essential.
