What You’ll Do:


  • Client Consultations: Conduct tailored virtual, showroom, and in-home consultations to help clients select window treatments, upholstery, furnishings, and accessories that perfectly match their style and space.
  • Design Leadership: Build lasting client relationships, develop detailed design plans, and guide clients seamlessly from concept to approval, ensuring their vision is beautifully executed.
  • Project Coordination: Create accurate design specifications for fabricators and manufacturers, enabling smooth production and installation.
  • Sales & Networking: Work with provided leads and expand your community presence to build a strong referral network.

What You Bring to the Table:


  • Sales Expertise: 3+ years of sales experience, with proven success in hitting or exceeding targets and a love for the sales process.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in CRM systems, quoting, drawing software, and other digital tools in a paperless environment.
  • Design Knowledge: Solid foundation in interior design or decorating; experience with upholstery or soft window treatments is a huge plus.
  • Flexibility for Travel: Comfortable traveling between Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area for client meetings.
  • Physical Readiness: Able to lift up to 30 lbs. for showroom samples and design materials.
