** Must have active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph before consideration **
Description:
- The Engineer will need experience in Linux and Ciena to support with system administration, troubleshooting, loading software, configuration of telecom network and software packages.
- Needs knowledge of cables and collection systems and how they work as well as understand data flow.
- Engineer will engage SMEs, perform data validation once software is deployed, submit DMRs for data flow path problems/fixes, configure new software updates, and perform troubleshooting.
- Must be experienced in NiFi and Linux.
Requirements:
- Seven (7) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree
- A Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
- TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATION
