The Gist…
We are seeking a resource with experience with Bot development and PowerBI dashboard development, with 6 years of experience, to join our team. You will have strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, and experience with tools like PowerBI and UiPath.
What Your Day Might Include…
- Key responsibilities include designing RPA bots to enhance HR service delivery using UiPath and/or PowerAutomate, and supporting the development of various PowerBI dashboards.
- Implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and other frameworks (e.g., PowerAutomate, UiPath, etc).
- Design, build, maintain, and provide expertise on RPA bots using tools, particularly UiPath, to implement innovative solutions to improve HR service delivery.
- Develop dashboards to support HR service delivery using PowerBI.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and functionality of applications.
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for code and development processes.
Requirements
You’ll Bring These Qualifications…
- Bachelor Degree +6 years of experience, with preferably 4+ years of experience in development or related roles.
- US Citizenship Required to obtain Public Trust
- Active CBP Public Trust preferred
- Proven track record of successful implementation of requirements and innovative approaches to technical development.
- Leverage tools including, but not limited to, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Miro, Mural, AWS, and UiPath Task Capture to support human capital functions
- Proficiency in both front and back-end technologies
- Experience with RPA tools like UIPath.
- Proficiency in dashboard development tools like PowerBI.
