Short-Term Speech-Language Pathologist Position

This full-time position will support a preschool program, working closely with young learners to develop their communication skills during a critical stage of their growth. Position Details:
- Type: Short-term, full-time leave coverage
- Dates: November 26th, 2024 - March 11th, 2025
- Location: Preschool program in Glen Ellyn, IL
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services to preschool students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support young learners’ communication needs.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help students achieve their goals.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (IDFPR) license in the state of Illinois.
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) in the state of Illinois
- Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
