Every team member has the opportunity to leave a direct and lasting impact as we strive to become the leading company in better textiles.This person will be responsible for supporting dyeing and finishing operations at our Pointe-Claire facility. They will provide technical assistance in working with products and materials, contributing to both quality management and new product development. 

The role of the Dyeing Associate:


  • Perform routine maintenance on dyeing machines.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product consistency. 
  • Assist with developing new dyeing methods and color formulations. 
  • Monitor dyeing process conditions to maintain consistent color quality.  
  • Investigate and report color inconsistencies, contributing to corrective action efforts.  
  • Maintain accurate records of production processes, testing results, and product quality. 

Accountabilities:


  • Operation of dyeing and drying equipment.
  • Monitoring efficiency, minimizing waste, and ensuring volume and quality targets are met. 
  • Collecting, analyzing, and entering process data. 
  • Supporting production scheduling. 

What we need from you:


  • Experience operating textile dyeing machines.
  • Familiarity with quality control practices.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team.
