Tasks assigned / Work priorities:


  • Attend design meetings with OEMs
  • Attend Run-off on OEM site
  • Planning and schedule according to timing events
  • Reports and presentation to managements level
  • Support during installation, commissioning, debug, PTR, J1, phases
  • Meet program deliverables on time and schedule
  • Support and follow open issues with OEM
  • Learn and apply test concepts (WMA software & applications, test procedures, follow ES for new programs)
  • Fill process sheets, PFMEA, DFMEA, SCAFF
  • Workstation - Process design
  • Alignment of process to FPS guidelines
  • APT and eQPS integrity validation
  • Problem Solving
  • 8 Disciplines
  • Statistical based tools for trouble shooting
  • Capability Analysis (Pp, Ppk)
  • Control Charts
  • Measurement System Analysis (GR&R)
  • Provide regular (daily, weekly, etc.) Tracking Status for assigned items
  • Develop and track metrics for relevant deliverables and report to the designated Ford Team Leader according to timing and milestones
  • Definition and implementation of control methods to provide manufacturing feasibility
  • Problem Solving: Successfully follow up and close/solve designated concerns
  • This service support must meet customer expectations and it is responsibility of the service provider to comply with the measurables for the program

Requirements


Skills / Abilities:


  • Knowledge on Electronics, PLC, Data acquisition systems, mechanicals.
  • Quick learning  
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Time availability and working under pressure
  • Teamwork, proactive, sense of urgency, customer service attitude to drive customer satisfaction (internal and external)
  • Strong negotiation skills to drive timing targets
  • MS package knowledge
  • Ability to report project status accurately and in timely fashion to manager level management.
  • Ability to take decisions under pressure
  • PFMEA, DFMEA, SCAFF knowledge
  • Test equipment knowledge
  • Strong statistical skills
  • Knowledge in electrification products (Preferable)

Professional Experience / required knowledge:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanics

  • +1 Years’ experience working at industry
  • Fluent written and spoken technical English
  • Experience working as a manufacturing engineer
