YOUR IMPACT:
- Manage and coordinate the team’s work to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery;
- Support the team in making architectural decisions that lead to a robust and scalable product;
- Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews and the application of best practices;
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives;
- Oversee project architecture and respond effectively to technical and business challenges;
- Guide and mentor the team to maximize performance and support individual growth;
- Take ownership of the team’s successful, high-quality, and timely outcomes;
- Foster effective collaboration with other teams to ensure alignment on goals and project updates.
ABOUT YOU:
- 1+ years of experience leading a team;
- 4+ years of experience in JavaScript;
- Strong understanding of TypeScript;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a passion for learning new things;
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities;
- Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from research and prototyping to technical design, development, and post-production support;
- Hands-on experience with client-side technologies: React, Redux, Next.js;
- Practical experience with monitoring/alerting tools like Elastic or similar;
- Understanding of core computer science concepts (e.g., SOLID, OOP, design patterns, algorithms, data structures);
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Proficiency in leading and mentoring team members in complex projects;
- Desire to grow as a manager and solve business challenges.
