Senior Manager of Corporate IT role is a critical part of the Business Operations team, overseeing the IT department while identifyingtechnology needs to create efficiency in our business.This role plays a pivotal part in automating and increasing the reliability of our fast growing SaaS solution.  You will work with numerous teams and different skill sets as you build a cohesive, replicable, and reliable system.  You will focus on security and scripting to ensure duplication in our processes. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage all internal server/workstation infrastructure

  • Maintain company hardware and software programs for internal users

  • Endpoint protection 

  • OS updates like security patching, driver updates etc

  • Asset tracking 

  • Procurement and lifecycle management 

  • Workspace Encryption 

  • Network 

  • Manage all network resources such as switches, firewalls, WIFI and circuits 

  • Security 

  • Manage network security, cloud security (SSO, MFA), email and storage as part of the Office 365 suite, web and all things phishing  

  • Email 

  • Manage emails and Office 365 suite 

  • Helpdesk 

  • Provide support for all helpdesk requests 

  • Hardware provisioning and allocation 

  • Corporate Business Intelligence platforms

  • Manage technical infrastructure for ETL and data lake

  • IT Budget management

  • Cross department collaboration 

  • IT department management including growth, training and support 

  • Facilities management 

  • Interaction with property management companies 

  • Office build outs 

  • Parking and office access systems 

  • Supply management 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Information Technology and 4 years of management experience

  • In depth experience with Microsoft Office 365

  • Experience with Cisco Meraki network platform

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

  • Ability to lead and teach others

  • Up-to-date knowledge of latest IT developments

  • Ability to explain highly technical concepts in simple terms

  • Knowledge of best computer security practices

  • Good research and analysis skills

  • Have a forward-thinking cloud mentality towards Corp IT
