Job Title: Helpdesk Engineer
We are seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Engineer with deep experience in Office365, AzureAD/Entra, and a strong commitment to customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent documentation skills and a keen eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for Office365 and AzureAD/Entra-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT access and connectivity problems efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of support requests, resolutions, and processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with users and addressing their concerns.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in IT support and access management.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless support and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supporting Office365 and AzureAD/Entra environments.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
