System Engineer

This position is on-site at our Delay Beach, FL location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT Access Management systems, ensuring secure and efficient access to resources.
• Develop  and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Flow and other tools to streamline IT processes.
• Utilize Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards for IT operations and management.
• Administer and support Office365, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to end-users.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent IT issues and ensure system availability.
• Manage and maintain CyberSecurity measures, with a focus on CrowdStrike.
• Oversee and manage CyberSecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT Access Management and automation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Flow, Power BI, Office365, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in providing customer service and technical support.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Deep experience in CyberSecurity, particularly with CrowdStrike.
• Experience in managing CyberSecurity initiatives and compliance.
