Parts Warehouse Assistant

Key Output

• Ensure relevant daily warehouse KPI's are exceeded.
• Comply to specifications of order type by customer within time and quality standards.
• Ensure warehouse procedures are adhered to safely and within the framework of compliance to SOP's.
• Ensure duties are carried out to ensure achievement of warehouse performance standards i.e. maintain parts stock, reduce stock losses/damages, etc.
• Ensure the accuracy of stock counts, picking, binning, etc.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards
• Assist with Warehouse related duties in the Parts department

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Grade 12
• Computer Literacy (Ms Word and Excel)
• Good communication skills
• Safety awareness
• Understanding warehouse processes and procedure
• Customer service orientation
• Valid Forklift License (Advantageous)
• 1-2 years warehouse experience will be advantageous
• Teamwork
• Attention to detail; Numeric accuracy
