- Drive awareness of business/compliance requirements across the organization.
- Serve as a thought leader on creating/monitoring business processes that deliver value to customers, reduce product delivery risks, and promote organizational readiness across all business units.
- Author and update internal and external documentation that improve our compliance position.
- Provide project management leadership to cross-functional teams focused on efficiency goals.
- Provide support as needed for daily, quarterly, and annual operations, especially during peak processing periods.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology, accounting, business or similar discipline.
- A passion for making a meaningful impact on the organization.
- 7+ years of payroll and payroll tax experience
- Above average problem-solving skills
- Experience and knowledge around service bureau/bulk filer tax operations.
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to clearly communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with lean and agile methodologies.
CompensationThe base range for this role is $90,000 - $93,000 annually depending upon level of experience.This role offers a comprehensive benefit package. Benefits
