cBEYONData is seeking a skilled Web Developer with relevant work experience in enterprise application development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET or Java, with extensive knowledge of web development technologies and practices.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Gathers requirements and develops custom code to build and enhance an enterprise web application using .NET C#.
- Uses best practices to assist in ensuring the code adheres to best practices and the guidance of the team's leadership.
- Design, implement, and maintain user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery. Experience with Kendo UI for jQuery and Bootstrap 5 are preferred.
- Utilize development IDEs and tools such as Visual Studio. Additionally, experience with Visual Studio Code is nice to have.
- Collaborate with a small team in an Agile environment, participating in daily scrums, peer code reviews, and contributing to project planning and execution.
- Mentor junior developers by providing guidance, code reviews, and hands-on training.
- Deploy and maintain .NET web applications on Microsoft environments, including Windows, IIS, and MSSQL Server.
- Create and modify SQL database objects, including stored procedures and views; full DBA experience is not required.
- Manage source code using Git version control systems.
- Nice to have: Perform UI automation testing using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress, and write UI test scripts utilizing frameworks like Mocha and Cucumber BDD.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position.
- Position requires one day on-site, weekly, in Washington, DC
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
