What You’ll Do:

Complete Annual Wellness Visits for Medicare patients
Review patient health history and identify potential health risks
Help seniors maintain a proactive approach to their health
Travel locally, with mileage reimbursement provided

Role Highlights:

Independent contractor, 1099 position
Earn $120 - $140 per completed visit
Flexibility to work 15+ hours per week
Mileage reimbursement for travel to patients

Requirements:

NP with an active license in Puerto Rico
Availability to travel within the region as needed
