We are looking for a 2ULaundry Logistics Supervisor to lead and supervise a team of drivers, manage fleet and inventory, ensure operational excellence, provide exceptional customer service, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our laundry and dry cleaning pick-up and delivery service.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the LogisticsSupervisor role?


People Management:

  • Own and continually improve driver hiring, onboarding, and training programs
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct employee reviews
  • Develop and implement audit programs to measure team performance and compliance
  • Oversee the rollout of new logistics processes, policies, and technology
  • Create a safe and productive work environment and a culture centered around teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence

Day-To-Day Logistics Operations:

  • Oversee and effectively manage the day-to-day logistics operations
  • Manage driver scheduling and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, franchisees, and dry cleaning vendors resolving operational issues and addressing customer feedback
  • Make data-driven decisions and implement corrective actions to meet service level agreements and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements

Fleet & Inventory Management:

  • Own routine fleet maintenance, arrange repairs, maintain appropriate paperwork, and ensure cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at all times
  • Oversee inventory management for all 2ULaundry-branded supplies in market, including ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution to service providers
  • Monitor operational capacity to ensure staffing, vehicle, and supply levels meet customer demand

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Proven experience in logistics management
  • 1-3 years of people management experience
  • Local market knowledge and familiarity with local regulations is a plus
