What kind of growth marketer do we need šŸš€


As our Head of Marketing, you’ll own the entire growth motion, from awareness to retention. You’ll shape our brand, scale organic and paid channels, and help us define the overall marketing to product user journey.There are many types of marketers, so to clarify what we’re looking for, here’s how we see our ideal fit:

  • Maximize ARR growth within a LTV/CAC ratio of 3 or better

What will help you succeed in this role šŸ‘


  • 6-10+ years of experience
  • Expert at funnel conversion rate optimization and monetization
  • Experience with referral and affiliate programs
  • Experience organizing epic marketing events (e.g. keynotes in front of 1,000 attendees)
  • Experience building and leading marketing talent, such as a team, external agencies, and partners
  • Expert at producing content that will go viral on social media
  • Fast-paced and agile working style
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and willing to learn new skills quickly
  • Data-driven, analytical, and experimental in marketing approach
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
