About the Role
FareHarbor is looking for a multi-skilled Recruiter to sit in our Denver office. This person will be responsible for hiring efforts across a variety of roles to support the growth of our US-based teams. You will have a wide variety of responsibilities in the Recruitment realm with your main goal being to maximize our talent density and minimize the time it takes to hire. In doing this, you will work to optimize the efficiency of our hiring processes while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience, while also strengthening relationships with hiring managers and the business as a whole. You will report to the Global Recruitment Manager (located in Denver, CO) and collaborate with Recruiters across all regions (NORAM, APAC, Europe).
The ideal candidate is able to work across different types of vacancies, building relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders in order to best support the evolving needs of the business. You're also comfortable with numbers and can draw insights from analytics to continuously optimize how we hire at FareHarbor. What you’ll do here:
- Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to define the most efficient and effective recruitment path for each vacancy
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of teams. You’re fully responsible for the job posting, applicant screening, sourcing, candidate interviews, pipeline management, hiring manager communication, offer process, and beyond
- Consult with and advise hiring managers and stakeholders with decision making, process design, candidate feedback, and more
- Network with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and build a candidate pipeline
- Guide and support candidates through the interview process. Provide quick and effective feedback and ensure that candidates feel that the interview process is positive and informative
- Maintain data integrity within our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
- Help with recruitment projects, process improvements, and bring new and innovative ideas to the team
- Provide feedback to the Recruitment team on challenges, opportunities, and ideas that relate to the recruitment process, employer branding, and more
- Analyze metrics including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and more, in order to refine processes and improve ways of working, both individually and as a team
- Support recruitment activity in other regions on an as-needed basis
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience owning the full recruitment cycle
- Experience recruiting across a variety of functions, from core commercial roles (Sales, Account Management, Customer Support) to more nuanced roles that may require a more complex search (Strategy, Finance, Business Intelligence, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to manage, organize, and prioritize tasks, leading effectively through the dynamics of change in an entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies at once with shifting business priorities
- Ability to work with all levels in FareHarbor
- An innovator with a “get things done” mentality
- Experience working with recruiter tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing platforms
- Ability to work on tight deadlines calmly and confidently
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience recruiting for a SaaS company
- Greenhouse experience, or you have yourself set up and/or managed a similar ATS;
