With us, e-commerce brands reach new heights with expert operators and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication with content creators via TikTok Affiliate chat.
- Respond the creators' questions about our products, resolve doubts, and provide updates on sample requests and shipments.
- Track and manage creators' content.
- Assist in coordinating product promotions, sending out updates on campaigns and product details.
- Perform data entry tasks related to tracking content creators’ performance and product requests.
- Collaborate with the team to manage multiple stores and optimize creator campaigns.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce: Understanding of online shops and product promotions.
- Proficiency in Excel: Ability to organize and analyze data using spreadsheets.
- Strong English proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good communication skills: Clear and effective in maintaining relationships with creators.
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok preferred): Experience with content creation or influencer marketing is a plus.
