To learn more about our values, please visit our careers website.CoreWeave is seeking a UK-based Senior Legal Counsel, reporting to our Legal team in the US, to lead complex commercial technology transactions involving both “buy-side” and “sell-side” technology agreements and serve as a trusted legal adviser to its growing UK and EU business.
What you’ll do
- Provide legal support to CoreWeave’s go-to-market, product, and business operations teams to drive continued company expansion and scaling of operations in the UK and EU.
- Negotiate, draft, manage, and advise on a wide variety of commercial transactions such as:
- “Buy-side” agreements, including procurement/acquisition agreements related to supply chain management, capacity planning, infrastructure, in-bound licensing and equipment used in the development and ongoing operation of data centers.
- “Sell-side” agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), order forms/SOWs, terms of service, and related agreements for Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and/or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) for commercial and government customer use of computing capacity on the cloud platform.
- Supervise outside counsel as needed for legal services.
- Partner with government affairs professionals and outside counsel and maintain familiarity with applicable regulatory, compliance and business rules for contracting operations.
- Collaborate on matters with legal colleagues and business team in cross-functional groups and multiple time zones.

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
- UK-qualified lawyer admitted to practice law with a current practising certificate
- 5 – 7 years post qualification experience with a law firm and preferably with in-house corporate and commercial experience in legal counselling, drafting and negotiation of SaaS, PaaS/IaaS, Data Transfer and related technology agreements.
- Experience with legal and regulatory interpretation regarding cloud and emerging technologies in the UK is preferred. Experience with other EU countries is also preferred.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills, including working with executives in a highly customer-focused environment.
- Pragmatic and proactive business and customer-focused problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly scaling environment.
- Strong team-oriented mindset and demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with legal colleagues and business teams in cross-functional groups and multiple time zones.
What We Offer
The base pay for this position ranges from £130,000 - £155,000 (plus bonus and RSUs). The salary range we’ve posted represents the typical compensation range for this role. To determine actual compensation, we review the market rate for each candidate, which can include a variety of factors.
