We are a fast-growing, technology-first startup doing over $1 billion in GMV annually, and our team stays rooted in a patient-first mentality; we aim to bring all of our patients convenient access to reasonably-priced medications without ever needing to step foot in a pharmacy.As the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will help shape Nimble’s strategy by aligning the company’s business objectives and decision-making processes to its financial results and projections.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has financial modeling expertise. This role will report to the CFO.
You will:
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare and present financial reports and drive insights into performance
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business initiatives
- Set up financial reporting for the company’s next stages of maturation
- Work in the Redwood City office 3 times a week
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to operate in the details
