 Your position would include the following responsibilities (please consider the list below as non exhaustive)
Key Responsibilities âš
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement MALT HR policies and practices that will support the growth of a business.
- Offer thought advice regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Provide timely information for all levels of your scope on HR issues.
- Coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development.
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of organizational development, feedback, employee relations, development.
- Partner with HR CoE to provide the accurate support on compensation & Benefits, Talent acquisition & Development, People Ops, Workplace, communication
- Participate in the continual development of HR transversal programs for MALT.
- Lead the implementation of core HR processes (performance calibration, compensation cycle, internal mobility, exit interviewsâŠ).
- Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to the business
About you đ§âđ
- Experience:Â 10+ years of experience in HR roles, ideally in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Leadership:Â Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive business-focused HR strategies.
- Knowledge:Â Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues.
- Communication:Â Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a plus).
- Analytical Skills:Â Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable HR strategies.
- Team Player:Â Collaborative mindset with a strong ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a team-oriented environment.
