User Operations Specialist
What you'll be doing:
Respond to user’s queries and resolve issues accurately and promptly through both online and offline support
Provide appropriate and relevant responses to local regulators and/or authorities
Collaborate with internal support team to ensure customer issue resolution
Regularly review, update, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect current best practices and internal processes. Ensure that document control version remain updated
Work with team leads to ensure the implementation of the SOP corresponds to what is happening on the ground by performing sample checks
Understudy team leads to perform quality assurance review
Complaint Escalation - Facilitate the escalation of user complaints by investigating root causes and working with relevant teams to provide solutions
Assist in producing monthly reports
Keep a register of all reviews and audit conducted
Perform ad hoc tasks as required to support smooth internal operations and ensure an efficient workflow
What we're looking for:
Diploma/Bachelors in Business Management or equivalent
Preferably 1 year of experience in customer operations related role
Meticulous, pay strong attention to details
Strong communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility and able to work well in teams
Able to communicate fluently in English, and have strong interpersonal skills
Understanding and/or experience working in a Cryptocurrency/Blockchain/Fintech/Finance Trading domain preferred
