As a Delivery Manager, you'll assume a pivotal role in orchestrating the conversion and onboarding process for our enterprise clients. This role presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading banks at the forefront of sustainability and financial well-being, serving as a trusted advisor.
In this role, you'll leverage your technical expertise alongside coordination and project management skills to successfully convert and onboard new clients. From guiding prospective clients through the conversion journey to acting as the primary point of contact during client's onboarding, you'll play a central role in ensuring a seamless and efficient process.Joining our team means becoming part of an ambitious, fun, and highly skilled group of team players who are deeply passionate about sustainability and financial well-being.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with prospective clients to define functional and technical engagement scope, ensuring the client's comprehensive understanding of the product and implementation approach.
- Drive the contractual process and mobilization for onboarding.
- Assume the role of project manager during client onboarding. Collaborate closely with the client to develop a project plan and actively lead the execution while overseeing progress.
- Guide clients through essential considerations and best practices, setting them up for success in achieving desired outcomes. This includes advising on governance set-up, technical and UX integration, and product localization.
- Act as a product expert, offering comprehensive guidance to clients on both the functional and technical setup of our products.
- Provide first-line technical support to clients throughout the onboarding process, engaging deeper technical expertise as needed.
- Facilitate change management processes in the event of scope changes.
- Proactively seek opportunities for process enhancements and improvements within our delivery methodology.
What you'll bring to the Team
- Experienced in leading advanced technical projects within B2B SaaS, especially in the financial sector.
- Skilled at balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic planning.
- Deep knowledge of retail banking systems and the challenges they face.
- Comfortable in dynamic, fast-growing environments, adapting easily to change.
- Excellent communicator in English, working effectively with global teams and clients.
- A blend of technical expertise, project management, and relationship-building skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset, always seeking feedback to optimize processes.
Your background
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, or Engineering.
- 3+ years in client-facing project management within a B2B setting, ideally focused on SaaS integrations in the financial sector.
