Your Job

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-On Development

• Actively contribute to the codebase, developing new features, fixing bugs, and optimizing existing systems.
• Serve as a technical expert, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with the team on solving complex technical challenges.

Team Management

• Facilitate technical discussions and meetings (e.g., daily stand-ups, code reviews).
• Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.

Collaboration and Strategy

• Partner with the Product Manager to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
• Align technical priorities with business goals, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

Development and Optimization

• Drive system optimization efforts, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
• Oversee the technical implementation of new features in a fast-paced environment.

Compliance and Standards

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations as planned with Product and Legal
• Maintain high technical standards through rigorous testing, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.

Your profile for this job

• Experience in Privacy & Data Protection: A deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy regulations, ideally with previous experience leading privacy-centric products.
• Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic product initiatives.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in SaaS product management and familiarity with modern web technologies.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using data analytics to drive product development and business decisions.
• Problem-solving mindset: Ability to navigate complex challenges while maintaining a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
