Position Summary
Digital Asset Custody provides clients with a highly secure technology environment in which to hold the private keys to their virtual assets, including cryptocurrencies, tokens, stablecoins, NFTs etc. Different wallet options are available, providing variable levels of accessibility vs security depending on the requirements of individual clients. A number of ancillary services are offered which can provide additional returns to custody clients. In addition, technological solutions are offered to clients to provide a system platform which can be operated either on Hex Trust’s infrastructure or installed “on prem” under the complete control of the client. We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our growing Digital Asset Custody team.
In this role, you'll be a key player in supporting our team's day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our custody services.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in analyzing large datasets related to digital asset transactions, market trends, and client activity.
- Client Support: Provide support to clients by answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through our platform.
- Operational Support: Contribute to the smooth operation of our custody platform by performing tasks such as data entry, reconciliation, and report generation.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve our operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
The ideal profile will ideally have:
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion about bringing into the market new products and service
- Demonstrated , taking initiative and producing results
- Ability to collaborate well with a wide range of stakeholders with very different backgrounds: client-facing teams, designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, risk, etc.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a financial services or technology company
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for digital assets
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
