POSITION SUMMARY


We seek a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and optimization of our Data Exchange and Bank Integrations. You will be pivotal in building and scaling our data infrastructure to support seamless, secure, and efficient financial services. This position will focus on integrating with external financial institutions and data providers to enhance EarnIn's core product capabilities, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for our users.This position will be a hybrid from our Bangkok office as part of our expanding site location.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 


  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define the product vision and roadmap for data exchange and bank integrations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and product goals.
  • Data Integration Development: Lead efforts to design, implement, and optimize bank integrations and data exchange platforms, focusing on secure and reliable data flow between EarnIn and external financial institutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and external partners to develop scalable solutions that enable seamless bank integrations and real-time data exchange.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Ensure the integration solutions enhance the customer experience by providing fast, secure, and reliable access to financial data and services.
  • Compliance & Security: Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure all integrations meet regulatory standards and data security requirements.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Leverage data insights to continuously optimize bank integration processes and identify new opportunities for enhancing the platform’s capabilities.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and foster a culture of innovation, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope and timelines.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR


  • 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on data platforms, bank integrations, or fintech solutions.
  • Strong technical understanding of API development, data integration frameworks, and experience managing partnerships with financial institutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex integration projects, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive optimization.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant data solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to financial data exchange and payments.
