This pivotal role entails driving the development and execution of technology solutions that seamlessly align with our business objectives. We seek a visionary leader with a robust background in IT management, strategic planning, and a proven track record in implementing transformative technologies, all while fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute the company's IT strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Manage the IT budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement technology solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Evaluate and select technology solutions that best meet the company's evolving requirements.
  • Foster and manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to service level agreement
  • Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, overseeing strategy development through to successful implementation
  • Drive innovation and efficiency by leveraging the latest technological advancements.
  • Ensure robust security measures and data protection protocols are in place within IT systems.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant local regulations governing IT operations.

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience managing the deployment and integration of complex technology systems at an enterprise scale.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT systems, including messaging, collaboration, project management, and HRIS and finance systems.
  • Strong people and project management skills, with a focus on supporting SaaS applications and global, remote users.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing IT strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.
