What You'll Do (Your Mission):
- Greet customers like they’re about to enter the best shopping experience of their lives – because they are.
- Know your gear and share the story behind it. Promote the latest styles, exclusive collections, and killer deals like a pro.
- Be the friendly face that helps customers find exactly what they didn’t know they needed.
- Process purchases, exchanges, and returns faster than you can say “Merica.”
- Keep our store looking sharp and organized – because at Grunt Style, attention to detail is everything.
- Be part of a tight-knit team that works together to meet (and crush) sales goals.
- Make sure every customer leaves thinking, “Damn, that was a good shopping trip.”
What You Bring to the Table:

Where You’ll Be:
This position is located at Ft. Sam Houston, which means you’ll need to pass some additional background checks and clearance to access the base. Flexibility is key, as some early mornings, late evenings, and weekends will be part of the grind. Don't worry – we've got your six through the process.

Physical Demands:
You’ll be on your feet all day – moving, lifting, and sometimes climbing ladders. Get ready for a workout, but the upside? You can skip the gym.
Your Availability:
Monday to Saturday: 9 AM to 7 PMSunday: 10 AM to 6 PMBring your flexibility – we need you when the mission calls!
Clearance Requirements:
Because you’ll be working on Ft. Sam Houston, you’ll need to pass additional background checks and obtain clearance to access the base. This process is essential to ensuring you’re ready to join the mission on day one. No worries – we’ll guide you every step of the way.
