We look for team members who are focused on meeting the needs of our clients and are willing to go above and beyondAs the Centralized Services Engineer, you'll be responsible for monitoring and maintaining various aspects within the Network Operations Center including network connectivity and performance, alerts and other notifications, backups, patches and releases and change management. The CS Analyst’s role is to maintain and improve all functions with the managed services programs, tools, and reporting and to proactively identify trends to assist in the efficiency of client environments.Summary of Hours and Location

  • Saturday through Wednesday, 8am-5pm CST
  • This is a fully remote position

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal toolsets such as RMM (N-Central) and PSA (ConnectWise)
  • Deploy toolsets to clients via RMM tool
  • Deploy and reconcile cloud product licenses
  • Configure monitoring of client environments through RMM tool
  • Troubleshoot alert tickets generated from RMM and other utilities on the advantage board
  • Keep clients’ systems patched and up to date
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain client and internal backups such as server, workstations, and Microsoft 365
  • Review backup reports and remediate and issues
  • Train service managers on internal toolsets
  • Keep internal toolset documentation up to date
  • Routinely take self-paced training in technologies relevant to the team
  • Obtain industry certifications on a consistent basis
  • Enter all notes and time worked on the appropriate service ticket
  • Enter time worked on each ticket daily
  • Schedule managed client reviews or other on-site matters via scheduling calendar in ConnectWise
  • Enter expenses on service tickets for any related credit card purchases and submit receipt daily
  • Submit time sheets on a weekly basis, due by Saturdays at 12P

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years working in a technological role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of cloud systems and toolsets
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Meraki, and VMWare technologies
  • Desire for continuous development of IT knowledge
  • Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
  • Ability to manage time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with backup technologies such as Veeam and Storagecraft

Language Skills

  • Ability to communicate professionally, in English, both written and orally
  • Ability to write business correspondence and process procedures
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $45,000 and $60,000 per year. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO.
