About the Role – Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales)
We’re hiring a Solutions Architect to join our fast-growing Pre-Sales team. You’ll be the technical expert at the frontlines—partnering with Sales, guiding technical discovery, crafting creative solutions, and helping customers envision their success with Unstructured.If you're energized by customer conversations, architecting real-world solutions, and building deep trust—this is your role.🔧
What You’ll Own & Drive

Partner with Sales
Join forces with AEs to qualify technical opportunities and run strategic discovery sessions with prospective customers.
-Design Tailored Solutions
Architect customized technical approaches using Unstructured’s product suite—addressing each customer’s specific data and AI challenges.
-Demo the Vision
Lead technical presentations, live demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that bring our solutions to life.
-Guide Onboarding Success
Be the customer’s trusted technical partner from evaluation through successful onboarding—ensuring smooth adoption and implementation.
-Translate Feedback to Product
Relay customer insights directly to Product & Engineering—helping shape our roadmap and improve our offering.
-Create Scalable Resources
Build solution guides, architecture diagrams, and integration blueprints to accelerate adoption and repeatability.-
Stay Ahead of the Curve
Track industry trends, emerging tools, and competitor movements to position Unstructured as the definitive leader in the space.🧬
What You Bring
3–5+ years in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or a technical customer-facing roleStrong grasp of data ingestion, preprocessing, and analysis workflows, especially around unstructured dataExperience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCPClear, compelling communicator—comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiencesProven ability to build customer trust, influence decisions, and close technical gapsCollaborative, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset💎
