Your Role


We are seeking a dynamic Director of IND Operations to drive strategic and operational efficiencies within our deposit sweep business. This key leadership role will oversee operations across our current  and future sweep-related services, collaborating with senior leadership to align business objectives and improve processes. If you’re an experienced leader with a passion for innovation and optimizing operational performance, this role is for you!

Your Responsibilities 


  • Provide strategic direction for our sweep platforms to enhance experiences for all customer and user segments, including custodial agents, banks, and fintechs.
  • Lead operational analysis of deposit sweep services to streamline and scale processes, increasing efficiency and meeting growing business demands.
  • Manage day-to-day operations for the deposit sweep teams, including recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to deliver top-tier service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and custodial agents.
  • Implement tools and technologies to enhance productivity and customer experiences.
  • Develop and ensure adherence to operational risk management practices, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to drive innovation and keep our service offerings competitive.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree required (or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
  • 10+ years of experience in a brokerage firm or deposit cash sweep operation
  • Strong knowledge of the banking and finance industry, applicable regulations, and sweep solutions
  • Proven track record of leading large, complex teams and initiatives
  • Exceptional strategic planning, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask, see the big picture, and deliver business results
