HashiCorp’s commercial products are now available to our customers as a fully managed Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering. As a Senior Product Manager for Cloud Infrastructure, you will define technologies, processes, and practices to optimize our platform infrastructure.You will develop a deep understanding of the platform infrastructure needs of the different HashiCorp products. You will work cross-functionally with engineering and other product managers to help shape the infrastructure to support all HashiCorp product lines; You are familiar with public cloud infrastructure tooling and best practices to deliver infrastructure guidance.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a PM team focused on solving the challenging problems of delivering services on top of the major public cloud platforms.
In this role, you can expect to...
- Own the business strategy and roadmap for cloud infrastructure across all HashiCorp cloud products and services.
- Understand the unique infrastructure needs of each product line and define the primitives of standard platform infrastructure.
- Participate in detailed planning and prioritization exercises jointly with engineering.
- Detect areas that are ripe for improvement and establish appropriate infrastructure goals.
- Influence and collaborate with colleagues to develop infrastructure solutions.
You may be a good fit for our team if you have...
- Deep knowledge of platform infrastructure on SaaS infrastructure products and public cloud platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in an infrastructure-focused PM role with a B2B SaaS product.
- Experience driving infrastructure needs cross-functionally across multiple product lines.
- Understanding of the enterprise services space, particularly managed services and system integration.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on written communication.
- High levels of customer empathy and a passion for using numbers to understand how customers adopt and use products.
