About the role...


HashiCorp’s commercial products are now available to our customers as a fully managed Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering. As a Senior Product Manager for Cloud Infrastructure, you will define technologies, processes, and practices to optimize our platform infrastructure.You will develop a deep understanding of the platform infrastructure needs of the different HashiCorp products. You will work cross-functionally with engineering and other product managers to help shape the infrastructure to support all HashiCorp product lines; You are familiar with public cloud infrastructure tooling and best practices to deliver infrastructure guidance.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a PM team focused on solving the challenging problems of delivering services on top of the major public cloud platforms.

In this role, you can expect to...


  • Own the business strategy and roadmap for cloud infrastructure across all HashiCorp cloud products and services.
  • Understand the unique infrastructure needs of each product line and define the primitives of standard platform infrastructure.
  • Participate in detailed planning and prioritization exercises jointly with engineering.
  • Detect areas that are ripe for improvement and establish appropriate infrastructure goals.
  • Influence and collaborate with colleagues to develop infrastructure solutions.

You may be a good fit for our team if you have...


  • Deep knowledge of platform infrastructure on SaaS infrastructure products and public cloud platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience in an infrastructure-focused PM role with a B2B SaaS product.
  • Experience driving infrastructure needs cross-functionally across multiple product lines.
  • Understanding of the enterprise services space, particularly managed services and system integration.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on written communication.
  • High levels of customer empathy and a passion for using numbers to understand how customers adopt and use products.

#LI-REMOTE #LI-LB1Individual pay within the range will be determined based on job related-factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.The base pay range for this role in the SF Bay Area / NYC area is:$195,500—$230,000 USDThe base pay range for this role in Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, New York (excluding NYC), Washington D.C., or California (excluding SF Bay Area) is:$179,300—$210,900 USDThe base pay range for this role in Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro) and Washington (excluding Seattle Metro) is:$162,900—$191,700 USD
