Job Description
We are looking for a Part Time Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our thriving downtown Seattle branch. You would be an integral part of the Operations team, working to ship a growing number of orders, get product in and out of our fulfillment center, and complete general office tasks with a high level of care and accuracy. What you will do
- Process all incoming and outgoing shipments – domestic and international
- Process returns from our customers
- Perform periodic inventory counts
- Manage inventory movement through Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
- Maintain shipping supplies (order and organize)
- Establish good working relationships with other team members
- Foster positive communications and relationships with customers and vendors
- Keep up to date on industry trends and developments
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Actively participate in meetings as requested
- Other duties as assigned
What you bring
- 2+ years’ experience in shipping service or warehouse role preferred.
- Prior experience working with ERP systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in all areas, including phone, email, text messages, etc.
