About the Role


Ramp’s Alliance Channel is seeing continued growth and success across ERP partners like Netsuite, Sage, Acumatica, MSFT, Quickbooks and more,  As the Partner Manager for our next business, you’ll have the opportunity to help build the Services Partner business, the go-to-market motion for the segment, the strategy for deepening strategic relationships, and execute on all of the above. At Ramp, we are looking for candidates with experience working with strategic Services Partners across key ERP ecosystems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Xero and others.  A successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing key services partners, growing a channel of both lead gen and servicing customers via those partners, building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and driving revenue through high volumes of partner engagement.

You will cultivate Ramp’s partnership with key businesses across those ecosystems, helping to drive both awareness and productivity across all.  

What You’ll Do


  • Identify, approach, and engage key partners across the core ERP ecosystems we go to market in today while maintaining a pulse on those of the future. 
  • Drive revenue for Ramp by generating client referrals from Services Partners at key ERPs
  • Identify and build relationships with multiple stakeholders within a partner firm
  • Work cross-functionally across marketing, growth, direct sales, and product & engineering to drive co-marketing opportunities, onboard new clients and inform our product roadmap
  • Contribute to the strategy of the team - you will be expected to contribute new processes/ideas for Services Partners activation and engagement and aid in developing the program alongside leadership. 
  • Leading and driving the success of key partner events (SuiteWorld, etc)
  • Ability to travel at least monthly to support revenue-generating activities across each of your partners (*TBD on cadence)

What You Need


  • Minimum 4 years of experience with a minimum 2 years of experience in Partner Sales, Business Development, Partnership Management, or Channel Partnerships working directly with NetSuite, Sage, or other top ERP solutions Service Providers
  • History as a top performer, regularly exceeding targets and quotas
  • Can confidently and persuasively tell a compelling story and own the room
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and run long-term account plans
  • Demonstrated data-driven decision making to drive key business outcomes 
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who can build relationships across the company

Nice to Haves


  • Background at top Services Partners or a key player in an ERP ecosystem
  • Ability to discuss Ramp's value proposition with the most influential decision-makers and executives at Services Partners and ERP ecosystem leaders

For candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay range for this role is $150,000 - $205,000. For candidates located in all other locations, the pay range for this role is $137,000-$190,000.
