Position Summary:
The Data Analyst & System Administrator manages the data projects that execute, facilitate and maintain data requirements, policies and strategy. The role will administer data orchestration tools such as Openprise and LeanData. which cleanses, enriches, standardizes and routes/assigns global Go To Market and commissions data in the CRM and marketing automation systems. Working closely with the Director of GTM Data Governance to interpret data strategy and business requirements and build automation jobs in the orchestration tools is a key part of the role.
Expect project management tasks, collaboration with the Data Governance Specialist team, Sales Ops team and data orchestration tool Customer Success Managers, as well as Salesforce (via Sprint process) and Marketing Ops teams at Druva.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Administer Openprise and LeanData tools
- Manage end to end data projects
- Collaborate with multiple teams throughout the company to improve data quality, introduce data processes that align to strategy and improve data workflows
- Work with data orchestration tool CSMs to implement data automation
- Write up process documentation for automation builds
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Intermediate Excel skills (complex formula capability to analyze data and determine issues that we can use tools to resolve)
- Knowledge or experience using Salesforce.com from a user perspective at a minimum, but backend understanding ideal
- Some entry level System Admin experience (knowledge of Openprise preferable, but not required as full training provided)
- Ability to work as part of a team to share workload and feedback ideas to improve data and process
- Proven time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with ability to handle various tasks; attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, written, phone and verbal skills (English)
- Experience of IT Sprint process preferred, but not required as full training provided
Education/Licensing/Certification:
- 5+ years’ experience working in an office environment or analyst role
- Degree in Data or Business preferred
Other Information:
Will need to work evening shift to accommodate at least half of the business day in US Central Time Zone (3pm – midnight IST), remote work is possibility as long as good internet connection.
