Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Wish.com, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc. 


The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver and successful in combining technology and data into best-in-class outcomes. The candidate is energized by solving complex business problems and consistently effective in making high-judgment decisions at rapid pace amidst the frequent ambiguity that comes with charting a course of action with no precedent. Moreover, the ideal candidate is energized by an environment where strategy, innovation and decision-making are intentionally distributed, where candor, speed and data are highly valued and colleagues at all levels hold each other to unusually high standards on behalf of Quince customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Employee Experience - Owner of  global employee lifecycle transactions, from onboarding to exit and ensure consistent & seamless experience for employees across the globe.
  • Power of Analytics - Champion people reporting & analytics for the People Team at function & individual level. Drive decision science and resolution leveraging the strength of data and analytics.
  • Operational Excellence - Ensure integrity of global HRIS & TA systems and other HR tools and systems through frequent and timely updates and upgrades. Compliance Expert- Serve as the compliance point-of-contact. Process Governance - Manage the employee & TA lifecycle across systems & ensure 100% compliance to recruiting process and systems across geographies Improve onboarding experiences and talent acquisition reporting and analytics processes. Drive continuous process improvement by analyzing data & critical TA metrics.
  • Innovation -Bring and evangelize a “People - tech” mindset to solve and optimize operations challenges by introduction of tools and technologies. Collaborate with employee branding team and co create campaigns to elevate amplify our culture and brand

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing HR analytics / talent acquisition / HRIS.
  • Strong understanding of the people processes and life cycle in a fast paces  set up.
  • Capability to multitask.
  • Hands on experience on reporting tools (e.g. tableau, looker, excel and google sheets)
  • Zeal for continuous improvement.
  • Eye for details and analytical skills to convert data & metrics to problem statements and drive further improvements
