đź“Ś Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the target market.
- In this role, you are responsible for booking all your meetings yourself. You need to maintain a high level of activity over the phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding the customer's needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into our product development.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• At least 2 years of sales experience in the SaaS or technology sector.• Strong communication skills and experience with giving presentations.• Ability to work independently and in a team.• Driven, goal-oriented, and with a positive attitude.• Experience in HR Tech is a plus but not required.You'll be working full-time at our Stockholm office📍 .
