Hello, Accounting Manager!
Freeosk, Inc. is searching for a full-time Accounting Manager to join our team of fearless problem solvers. The Accounting Manager focuses on accounting and bookkeeping, regulatory and corporate compliance, and treasury. They will report to the Director of Finance while partnering closely with the CFO and other department leaders in the Company.

Your skills, background and experience include…
- Manage the daily operations of an accounting department, including the recording of: accounts receivables and accounts payables, cash receipts and disbursements, monthly and year-end journal entries to close the books
- Regulatory corporate and tax filings
- Reconciliation of revenue in accordance with our revenue recognition policies
- Enforcing and adhering to proper accounting controls
- Ensuring compliance with credit card spend and expense reimbursement policies.
- Continuously improving systems and procedures
- 5 years or more of related experience
- Excellent MS Excel skills, including conditional formulas, pivot tables, summing functions, vlookups
- Comfortable working with Google applications, including Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or related field of study
