Senior Product Manager
If you are motivated by tackling very large problems, early-stage start-ups, and driving the entire product development cycle from a conceptual stage to market, this might be the right role for you. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on taking cornerstone industries such as mortgages, focusing on the development of zero-to-one efforts combining traditional approaches and modern blockchain technology. You will be working with some of the most influential participants in the space as existing customers.We are looking for an exceptionally talented product leader to join an early stage platform backed by some of Silicon Valley’s most prominent investors.
You are highly skilled at driving the product development cycle, defining technical requirements, managing trade-offs, and understanding the customer’s needs. You are comfortable working with ambiguity and breaking down large problems into actionable steps, and seeing it through to execution and delivery.
Responsibilities
Represent the business and customer as part of a cross-functional team.
Understand and prioritize complex requirements, manage expectations and communicate risks with non-technical and technical stakeholders.
Work pro-actively with teams and customers to ensure milestones are reached.

Maintain strong working relationships with leaders and peers.
Various product-related tasks which continue to progress the organization’s mission.
Proven track record of strategic decision making, balancing the needs of business requirements, security, speed of execution, and engineering quality.
Works well w/external devs
Requirements
7+ years of experience as a product manager or similar.
Professional experience in SAAS space plus some work in AI or fintech.
Demonstrated success in taking products from a conceptual state to market.
Prior experience working within highly regulated industries or with high-profile B2B clients.
Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment or similar.
A clear understanding of web, API-based, and/or AI products.
Well-versed in managing technical risks and trade-offs with a problem-solving attitude.
You primarily reside in the United States and have the right to work in the US.
Bonus points
Have a track record of building start-ups from their earliest stages into successful companies as a founder or early-stage employee.
Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling communication skills.
Solid knowledge of distributed ledger technology, large language models, and other emerging technologies.
Benefits:
$130K - $155K salary + equity + benefits.
