Account Manager


 to drive the expansion of business within our largest and most visible customers. The 

Account Manager


 is a strategic member of the COMPLY team, responsible for providing business leadership and creative direction within our account portfolio.What You Will DoThe 

Account Manager


 will sell at the most strategic level within each account and implement a broad revenue expansion strategy. You will work closely with client success, marketing, and product teams to maximize the value of each relationship. This is a challenging role that will test your sales skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and resilience.

Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary relationship manager and liaison between key customers and COMPLY.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to maintain client satisfaction and trust to expand the footprint and introduce new product line extensions.
  • Identify and size revenue opportunities by account, roadblocks to expanding or retaining revenue, and facilitate with internal teams to build winning strategies.
  • Define a CXO relationship strategy within each account, leveraging the COMPLY senior leadership team for executive sponsorship.
  • Provide executive summaries to senior management regarding revenue opportunities and risks, and any product feedback or insights from our top clients.

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years’ work experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive successfully growing and retaining accounts in a SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years of consistent and demonstrable over-achievement as a “Top Producer” in past quota-carrying roles.
  • Effective communicating with and influencing all levels of the client organization with a focus on driving relationships and action at the EVP and CXO levels.
  • Natural ability to present complex topics in a way that is simple and easy to understand.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity to uncover why buyers buy and how to leverage that information.
  • Proficient in working with Salesforce.com, Virtual Meeting software (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.), and MS Office products.
  • Work Hard, Play Harder mentality.

Preferred Skills and Experience:


  • Experience in the compliance, regulatory, and financial services industry.
  • Graduate of formal sales (Challenger, Solution Selling, etc.) programs.

$62,500 - $70,000 a year

The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $62,500-$70,000 plus applicable commission/benefits offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company.
